GROUND FORCE will allow warranty claims for repairs on GROUND FORCE manufactured equipment per the terms laid out in this warranty policy. All claims must follow the rules set forth in this policy; GROUND FORCE will recognize no other payment schedule. Limited Warranty

A. GROUND FORCE warrants that the specialty equipment it manufactures, including accessory equipment and parts manufactured by GROUND FORCE, shall be free from:

Defects in material and workmanship furnished by GROUND FORCE and used in the fabrication thereof;
Defects arising from the selection of materials or processes of manufacture;
Defects in the design thereof in view of the state of the art on the date hereof.
